Il Giglio Rosso (the Ginger lily) focuses on three principals: typicality, respect for season products and raw materials quality. That’s why we use the teramane hills extra virgin oil for cooking and all the meats and cold meats (salami, ham) come from local breedings. All our season products are fresh and of excellent quality. The local lifestyle gives the opportunity to the inn keeper to explain and tell you stories about typical processes and manufactories that make this location unique. For example the way the fresh pasta gets stretched, haw to make cannelloni filled with hot ricotta, the cooking of integral bread and how to prepare cakes using old recipes.
